2. Description of Service
ReportMate is an AI-powered ad reporting and analytics platform. The service allows you to connect your advertising accounts (such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other supported platforms), generate reports with AI-powered insights, and share those reports with clients or team members via shareable links or PDF exports.
3. Account and Ad Platform Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. When you connect an ad platform account, you represent that you have the authority to access that account's data. You may revoke ReportMate's access to your advertising data at any time through your account settings or your ad platform's permissions page.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
ReportMate offers paid subscription plans with different feature tiers. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
5. Acceptable Use
You may use ReportMate only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access data you are not authorized to view, interfering with the operation of the service, or using the service to generate misleading or fraudulent reports.
6. Intellectual Property
All content and materials available through ReportMate, including but not limited to the software, design, and documentation, are protected by intellectual property rights. Reports generated from your advertising data belong to you. You may not copy, modify, or distribute ReportMate's proprietary software or materials without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
ReportMate provides reports and insights based on your advertising data and AI analysis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all insights or recommendations will be error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services or any decisions made based on our reports.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page and, for material changes, by email. Your continued use of ReportMate after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
