When you connect your ad accounts (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), we access your campaign performance data (impressions, clicks, costs, conversions) solely to generate reports on your behalf.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve ReportMate's services, including generating AI-powered reports from your advertising data, processing subscription payments, sending technical notices and support messages, and responding to your questions.
3. Advertising Platform Data
ReportMate connects to your ad accounts via secure OAuth authentication. We never see or store your ad platform passwords. Your campaign data is used exclusively to generate reports and insights within your account. We do not sell, share, or use your advertising data for any purpose other than providing our reporting services to you.
4. Information Sharing
We do not share your personal information or advertising data with third parties except as described in this policy. We may share information with service providers who help us operate ReportMate (e.g., payment processors, hosting providers), and only to the extent necessary to carry out work on our behalf.
5. Data Security
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption. We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information and advertising data from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. You can revoke ReportMate's access to your ad accounts at any time.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Generated reports are stored for the duration of your subscription. When you delete your account or disconnect your ad accounts, we delete the associated data within 30 days.
